Now, a new generation of urban pioneers has come with a mission- to create a new frontier from the ashes of the once vibrant town. If Levi's really wants to help Braddock out they can stop shipping jobs overseas, rebuild one of the ruined factorys and open a plant in town for the people of Braddock to work in. Levi's is full of shit.

It has buildings for housing. It has buildings for classrooms and labs and shops.

It has buildings for all sorts of development, experiments in urban living.

There are Amish and Mennonite communities nearby to teach timber framing, farming, intensive gardening techniques, organic farming, small-scale production.

Some artists already in the community doing their thing.

A forward-looking Mayor, and let's face it, a bunch of people desperate to do things.

I think this place is a perfect opportunity for something I've been working on.

How about a School and Library of Obsolete (but still highly useful and in-demand) tech?

Schools in metal working, home remodeling/restoration/rehab, glass making, ceramics, construction, alternative energy programs (solar, wind, water), a Library system centered for research, a Community health plan (wellness, and get the hospital re-opened).....

TONS of potential there.

An infrastructure already in place.
