@chailizard The entire idea behind aikido or judo is to use the opponents weight against them. Using his shoulder as a focal point, Batman had bane at an angle where gravity did most of the work and Batman only needed to apply a minimal force in the proper direction.

no matter how movies or cartoons portray bane, I always think of him as he was in the comic 'A Dark Knight in Gotham', I think it was. Where Bane breaks batmans back and all that.

Red solar energy weakness -- so lame. No need to neuter Superman, just through villains powerful enough to take him on at him. I loved it when the Loeb team did away with that vulnerability as well as decreased Kryptonite's effectiveness on him. They focused on creating credible threats instead, which was great. Since then everything has stunk in my opinion. It's all been so bad. Pity.
