I am soooooo sorry for looking soooo bad but I havent been sleeping and I have been going through alot lately!!! So for a few months I have been on the road to weight loss and finding some kind of motivation to help me get to 100lbs. Im 120 and 1/2 inch from 5ft. I have tried the master cleanse diet, starving (almost), and the fricking list goes on... I really need some help. I really wish I could lose this by a month and a half.

I'll send you a message to tell you<3 Tofu is good i mean it really doesn't have a taste so what my fiance made me do one time is have some pasta which was basically like chicken soup with spagettie noodles (lol) but he put some of the tofu in it and it actually filled me up faster. I'll send you a message right now with the rest<3

  • You are so right. I get discouraged everytime because it takes soo long. I will start off really motivated but fall off within a few days or a week. It gets sooo frustrating sometimes but I know what needs to be done!!!

  • eat 6 meals a day that are only 200 calories each like smartones or lean gourmets.just count your calorie intake!! if you go under 1000 calories your body will go into starvation mode and you wanna make sure that once you lose weight your able to keep it off. but if you put your body into starvation mode that weight will slowly start to creep back up but you can lose 20 lbs in about a month .. thats like 5 lbs a week by eating 1200 a day and taking 10,000 steps a day! live in tha gym! goodluck!!
