Inspired by Mexican Nobel prize recipient Octavio Paz's literary work "Labyrinth of Solitude," Solitude explores love, death, destiny, family in contemporary lens. On the day of the million immigrant march, Gabriel invites his old neighborhood friends over after his mother's funeral. As the wine pours and mambo explodes, they share secrets, cry together, laugh together, sing rancheras, dance and confess.
