  • Hey--just wanted to thank you for showing that last take down movement. I practiced it religiously for a couple of days, then when we did stand up, I noticed I was taking people down naturally with it! It was awesome! Thanks so much! Love all your movement drills, please keep the vids coming with anything and everything!

  • @oopalonga

  • Thanks alot for this great vid !!

  • Thanks ... Always nice to know the videos are appreciated :-)

  • Thanks!

    It depends.

For warm up 3-5 different drills 1 min. each at a medium pace.

For cadio work out I do 5 different drills 1-2 min of each at a high pace 10 sec rest in between. 2-3 rounds of this. That gives a nice 10,15 or 20 min. work out.

If I have problems in sparring with something for example a take down, I can go 5-10 min. with the drill in this video at a slow pace, just to perfect the movement or to localize if I'm doing something wrong ... doing it in front of a mirror is super

  • since nobody said anything on this one ill be the first. Thx for the movement vids, keep up the good work :)

  • Thank you. It's always nice to get feedback :-)

I promise to make more videos in the "movement" series
