Hey--just wanted to thank you for showing that last take down movement. I practiced it religiously for a couple of days, then when we did stand up, I noticed I was taking people down naturally with it! It was awesome! Thanks so much! Love all your movement drills, please keep the vids coming with anything and everything!

Thanks!
It depends.
For warm up 3-5 different drills 1 min. each at a medium pace.
For cadio work out I do 5 different drills 1-2 min of each at a high pace 10 sec rest in between. 2-3 rounds of this. That gives a nice 10,15 or 20 min. work out.
If I have problems in sparring with something for example a take down, I can go 5-10 min. with the drill in this video at a slow pace, just to perfect the movement or to localize if I'm doing something wrong ... doing it in front of a mirror is super
