Christine Boxer hasn't got a clue on the commentry. I once tripped up Steve Crabb over 1500 in the Commonwealth trials in 89. I was in the same race with Rob denmark where we both ran sub 4 for the first time. I'll dig out some videos for Youtube. I've got loads.
