two things keep bothering me.i dont think the 4th is dead.first,maybe he sealed the fox with a kage bunshin.but how did he seal it in naruto?second,y didnt orochimaru summon him to fight the 3rd,the 4th tutored him too!or does kishi want to hide him...

the technique that the 4th used needed a soul to use. so even if the 4th did use a kage bunshin, he'd be dead anyway.

2nd: orochimaru did summon the 4th, except that the 3rd stopped him from summoning because...
