  • its eazy with tools :D

  • How do i tell wht pedals i hav i have regular metal ones but im trying to get some green fully metal pedals wht kind of pedals do i have?

  • A great tip which nobody seems to mention is to make sure your chain is in the top (biggest ring) at the front, that way if you slip you don't shred your hand on the teeth.

  • I've got an old bike and the pedals will not come off, I think due to corrosion. I've soaked both in WD40 to try and free them up but they still aren't coming off. I wish people would clean and grease threads before reinstalling parts.

  • thank you

  • how about you tell me or make a video to show how to take off pedals when they are in a aluminum crank with a steel insert

  • I just changed the pedals on my bike in my garage.

I turned each crank arm I was working on, level, and pointing toward the rear tire. This way, I could use downward force.

I supported the crank arm I was working on with a small hydraulic floorjack, pumped up to the proper level and protected the arm with cardboard.

I took a 15mm open end wrench, and rapped the wrench with a rubber mallet until loosened.

Inspected threads, applied white lithium grease, and installed left/right pedals.

    Done!

  • @jehu ummmmmm... you must hate your bike, my thumb is about 2mm thick and I still aint making nasy comments
