This movie was crap.... its story has so much potencial, but the director had to mix the storys of max payne 1 and 2 combine and ruined the story completely.....

And the bullet time scenes he makes are AWFULL!!!!!!! and when he tryes the drug... the whole devil thing with angels in the background is just stupid....

Not saying it was a total crap... it had scenes that were good, and filled in the context but for a game with such interesting story it shouldv been different....

I don't know about that, I thought Mark Wahlberg did great as Max Payne.

I'm not saying the movie was perfect but it could of been a lot worse. You think this movie was terrible? Look at Super Mario Bros., etc.

The only problems I had with the movie was some of the pacing, the soundtrack, and the lack of voice overs. Luckily, I'm fixing my main problems with it. I should have some previews of the opening uploaded for people to see within the next few days so stay tuned.

Damn, this movie looks badass! Even if it doesn't EXACTLY follow the game's plot, it looks amazing! I just HOPE that it still has Bullet Time...

I agree, the original plot of the first game was a bit contrived, but the way they told it made the game ridiculously awesome. I only hope the movie lives up to that.
