The one right thing about squats is go low. Leave ur ego at the door and use a weight that pushes u but allows u to keep ur back very str8.

there's no one right way to squat you fools. There's infinite combinations of techniques, you do what works best for YOU.

There's nothing that brings out the male ego faster than a weight training video on ytube.
True, these are not box squats as taught by westside. Darin would have been better served to call these gauged parallel squats, because that's all he's using the "box" for, as a gauge telling him how low to go.
His form and load looks fine, the feet are a bit too close for me though.
I mean look at Darin, his glutes, quads, and hams look very well balanced and better than probably 90% of you guys.
