Smoke on the Water

Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple. I'm still trying to decide what to play on the left hand, the music gave chords but it also gave a bass line which are both doable. I'll have another version of this up when I decide.

Good work Zac ...You got it down pretty good!...You need to add the left hand though what works good is just for the bass in this song is just pounding away on the G bass with 8th notes with your 2cnd and 2rd finger alternating on the same note...JUST TRY IT!..>ERIK

I plan to, I kinda have messed with using Gm and F chords and playing it like how you normally play 4/4 times but I'll try out the g bass.

Oh yea i too had those palmer-huges books as student, they were great for learning things but most of them always had those silly cartoon sketches on the pages, sort of like a thing for a 5 yr old.
