Lol I'm THE black guy in the vid. My name on the Sportbike forum that all this is associated with is "Black", hence the name of the vid title.
Not really racist guys, they're all pretty cool.

how much load can it handle?
400KG+, on the back is a counter weight (its how it can fling him around like that)
its a fanuc, not sure of the model no. they range around 50,000 AUD.
now, buzz kill. dont do this at home if you get one, its ILLEGAL..would i do it yes but for the 2nd reason. at 100% that thing would tear the seat clean off and throw him.and yes i am a industrial robotic programmer(i would still have one go :P
