Sally's Song

A fanvid of The Prestige. I saw the movie a few days ago and it was absolutely breathtaking. Then, I heard this song (a cover off of the Nightmare Before Christmas Revisited CD) and they just matched perfectly. This is my first video, so I'd appreciate some feedback!

Not Slash, but can be seen as such if you so desire. It's kind of more like a friendship/relationship video. It shows their relationship and how it was constantly changing, all the way up until the end.

~~The Prestige - two magicians, once friends driven to the very edge by their obsessions. Who really won in the end? At first, I thought Borden did, but now, after making this vid I question it. If he did win, it really seems rather hollow...~~

Borden won...he got to live & be with his child. But, although Angier didn't get his revenge, he really got the only thing that mattered to him.....he got to astonish the audience!

The song was written by Danny Elfman who is supposed to do the music for the new broadway show Houdini that Hugh is rumored to be considering. Is it just a coincidence that you chose that song?

Yeah, I understand that Borden appears to have won because he got to be with his daughter but his brother had to sacrifice himself for them... but at the end I started to think sci-fi (were the Angiers dead or in suspended animation... xD;)

Wow, I didn't know that! That's pretty funny, but yes, it's a complete coincidence that I chose the song! I heard it like, the day after I first watched the movie and then all of these ideas popped into my head and it's just sorta happened. xD

an i believe that bordens brother tied the knot

since obviously he probably didnt know what knot to tie

there for in the movie when he asks borden what knot did u tie

he doesnt know

cuz he probably wasnt the one who tied it
