@stormspotter the cashflow is the difference between the money generated from the rent and the mortgage if the cashflow is negative than you're losing money if the cashflow is positive than this is asset and it puts money into your pocket.Let me give you an example an appartment with rent of 1,000$ with mortgage of 700$ generates 300$ positive cashflow every month. If you have large enough downpayment and the mortgage is low than the rent will be big enough to cover it and put $ in your pocket:)

@povar1981 Because In every book that you read about getting rich, one of the main things that anyone of them would tell you is GIVE more than what you RECIEVE and you SHALL receive more in the end! Hes giving people snippets of the topics that he talks about in his book which will make more people in interested in knowing more of what he says in his books!
