@kryderper Thank you :) You're one of the few people who understand!! And I'll check with my dad on if they discontinued it.I'm pretty sure they havn't, just a slow donw in the number of units bought by other countries. And by the way, we could see each other at red flag! that'd be awesome!

Fair enough.. I don't wan't to ruin your dream... It's good to have a drem.
My personal dream is becomming a pilot in the Royal Danish Airforce.. Probably as F-16 pilot (If they are not being replaced by the F-35 JSF, but i remember i have read something about the F35 that they have stopped the project?)
OR if i can't accomplish the tests, i wan't to join the Danish specialforces, also known as the Jaegers, or "Hunters" translated to English ;)

@kryderper excuse me? First of all, I would love to see your face when I'm doing a demo flight at your local airshow! Second, I may be self-confident, but IF YOU WANT TO BE AN F-22 PILOT, YOU HAVE TO BE! there are only 183 in service, so you have to want it..Finally, I have no idea what it takes to be an F-22 pilot? PLEASE! I've grown up with my dad in the Air Force(who went to the Air Force Academy), and I talk to pilots ALL the time(F-22 pilots most of the time) So please, quit your bitchen!

@futuref22pilot i would love to see your face when you get denied in the Airforce.. You are too much self-confident and you obviously don't know what it takes to be an F22-pilot. YOU are the one being a looser with your attitude.

The F-22 has an APU not a JFS. I provides similar power during engine start, but can power much more of the aircraft than the JFS can on the F-15 (ie the APU can hydraulically power the flight controls as seen when he starts it, along with other things).
