  • heh im so proud to be his grandson :) but i wish i had ever learned something from him .....

  • @kevinhvallejolee Kevin, are you in Hong Kong this summer? I am expecting you would bring me some old stuff of your Grandfather as a gift. Ha ha..

  • Thans for taking the time to read it. Docherty's interview really intrigued me when I read it and it really makes me wonder about Yang Cheng-fu & The Chen style & TT Liang & Wu tunan. lots of food for thought.

  • @MrOphachew Yes, I would say, 99% of what we read, learned, and heard are of bias. Knowledge is unlimited. I respect real MA artists. However, I have my thoughts and ideas too. Thanks again for response.

  • More Lee Yingarn, this is great. Some new insight into the form. They way he does shoot tiger with bow is quite intriguing. He strikes first then pulls back to finish the posture.

  • @zoce please would you impart your knowledge, wisdom, experience, oppinion, thoughts.

  • @MrOphachew Thanks. I read that. Instead, I have my point of view as mentioned. Let's see the health benefits of Cheng Man Ching' Tai Chi. Not because who lived longer, but the way Tai Chi is practiced. Let us forget those who claim Tai Chi can fight and as well as health. In fact, different methods of training, different results.

  • @zoce I have never met any of them. I just put it out there as an alternate point of view because Cheng man-Ching and the various shortened formes derived from Yang style are so popular in the us. Those where comments and oppinions from an interview that dan gave and is posted on line. You might be able to get to it by web-browzing Dan Docherty: Tai Chi Gladiator
