Germanity Part 30: SPIRITUALITY - German Yoga - Comedy by Badesalz (English Subtitles)

Germans are serious about everything. Especially about spiritual growth.

Finding one's inner self. Relaxation. Spirituality. Empathy. Contemplation and Meditation. These are all important things to a lot of Germans looking for the sense in life.

There is also a great market in this area - filled with lots of 'how-to' and 'self-help' books, CDs, DVDs, tapes, etc.

This is one example of a young and spiritually oriented guy who uses a meditation tape. He tries to discover more about himself, the ether world and his visionary powers in general.

The exercise shown contains both bodily exertion and stillness in meditation. It is almost a germanised version of Yoga.
