I did 11x3 HSPUs in place of the 5x3 shoulder press WOD as I was lacking weights. Bent leg to prevent tearing up the house siding. 2 minute breaks between sets to enjoy the beautiful New York weather! Thank you to Linda for the house and chairs :)
