Watch Doug talk about why it is important to fill out your U.S. Census form.

Transcript:
Hello. Im filling out the 2010 Census form because its important for us here in Minnesota to get the Federal funding that we need for programs and services. Every year, Minnesota receives $6.2 billion dollars in Federal funding. Per person, that equals $1,200. If we miss the 10% of people in the State who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or DeafBlind, and they dont fill out their Census form and return it, we could lose as much as $600 million dollars. We need this funding to support important programs like schools, health care services, job training centers, hospitals and emergency services, highways and bridges, senior citizen programs and disability services. So please, stand up and be counted by filling out your 2010 Census form. Thank you.
