Some parts of this were exceptional, and even masterfully executed, namely the drawing of the white surface (can't remember noun) by professor snape in the beginning. Also, Lupin's costume was superb.

That said, there is quite a bit of Bad acting, and your video editor has a HORRIBLE sense of timing in some spots, namely, the first scream-- looks better if you cut to them already screaming, rather than them with goofy smiles, then take a breath, then scream...

Could be done better.
