How To Make Homemade Eye Makeup Remover!

Cheap, Easy, & Effective! I hope this helps you guys out and saves you some money!

Recipe:
1/2 distilled or bottled (purified) water
1 Tablespoon Baby wash (make sure it is tear free)
1 teaspoon Oil (Baby Oil/Coconut Oil/Olive Oil) (you can use more or less-I hate my eyes feeling oily after I wash my face)

*Add ingredients together in a mixing cup and pour into the container.
(this recipe is for a 4.3 oz bottle (Rimmel's gentle eye makeup remover, you will need to add more or less of the ingredients depending on your bottle size.)
*You can leave out the baby oil if you perfer to not sure oil or substitute baby oil for olive oil or Coconut oil*
A lot of eye makeup removers and eye creams have mineral oil as the main ingredient so I don't see the issue people have with Baby Oil. But you decide what Oil you prefer.
*You can also leave out all oil and just use the wash & water.

Just a helpful hit if you measure and pour the baby oil before the shampoo the oil will coat the spoon and then the shampoo will just plop out.
