They used to enslave the Haitians in the past, they controlled the government therere and now they take the opportunity to return there with its military. haiti is a perfect base for future agressions against latin-amerika. Haiti is a black country. You cant help black countries. They are fucked by default. Try to name 1 black country that isnt fucked beyond belief. You can "help" them all you like but the reality is that aid to black countries will always fail aslong as we have to help them from themselves.
