  • The greatest thing John Locke did was make Jack a believer!

  • I love the fact that Jack stood up for John against MIB, who takes John for nothing but a sucker.

This conversation mirrors the one MIB had with Ben earlier this season, except that Ben didn't stand up for Real Locke until Real Locke's funeral.

  • Terry O'Quinn was the best actor on this show. he plays a role for 5 seasons, portraying a confused, depressed, but overall humble character that was the spotlight of very emotional scenes. then he returns to play a different role, one that slowly morphs from his previous character into a manipulating, inhuman monster that's mission in life is to kill all the people that the original character cared about. and while playing this role, he still thinks that he is a good person. what a great actor.

  • Amazing, because Smokey had tried to kill Jack in such a way to fall off that cliff, only Locke had saved him, and thus was manipulating Jack now to believing he wanted to help them get off the island, when really, Smokey needed them dead also, chosen ones.

Smokey really reflects Satan so many ways, transforming himself into an angel of light, lieing, pretending to help when really leading to death, bringing it upon themselves to get killed by their own hands.

  • @rob87s Also at 1:31 he is trying to remember exactly what happened in that situation.... because MiB almost made him fall off a cliff.

  • The cool thing about this scene is, is that its very similar to the scene in "White Rabbit". Except its in darkness, not light.

  • nice trailer

  • when the MIB tells Jack that he was in the form of his father, look at jacks face, hes thinking fuuuuuuuck shouldnt of come back whats going on

  • @ChurchOfMe93 Pretty much. I always rested on the idea that he didn't kill Richard for the same reason as he approached him all those years later, as there was still that chance that he might help him (and because, unlike Eko, the actor didn't have to leave the show).

  • @Damon242 See I thought that he was manipulating Eko to eventually help him kill Jacob, like he did with Ben and Richard. Except it didn't work with Eko, so he killed him. And the reason he didn't kill Richard was because Jacob touched him before they met again. Was that along the lines of what you were thinking?

  • @JLlo64 I think when Jack and Locke shake each others hands in the church speaks volumes.
