America has been training Afghans to fight Taliban since 2001. Nine years of war and no end in sight Obama sends 30,000 troops to Afghanistan. It's time that we as Americans stop criticizing each fellow citizen for being too liberal or conservative. The real issue at hand is never ending sustainable wars. Lets put more pressure on congress to stop funding the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. "We the people" elected our officials,lets hold them accountable and see thru that the troops come home.

Thank you for posting such a beautiful tribute to the Afghan National Police.There is no tougher job in the world than taming a country use to being ruled by tribal lords and thugs.I know that they have a lot further to go, but I also know from my own experience with them that they are all truly heroic. To see the fruits of both our and their labors in such a dramatic fashion is wonderful. This is proof that the USA does not conquer countries and keep them. We only help the citizens and leave.
