did u not have a shunt put in the baby when he was born? my son had a meningocele at birth and developed hydrocephalus after the removal of the meningocele and now has a VP shunt to drain the fluid

wow he can laugh, my son is alomst 5 months and hasn't laughed during his life as much as your baby. i love baby laughs
