I eat roughly around 600-800 cals a day. I eat alot but very healthy. I drink ALOT of water as well and take calcium and Mang. supplemts.
I know what it's like to be that heavy hon, I started out at 257 lbs but I'm down to 217. One of the few tips I can offer from experience is to make sure you don't stick to the same amount of calories too often. I personally like staying around 700-900 cals throughout the week (some days I'll stick to 700, the next day maybe 900, then 700 again, etc). You'll plataeu if you stick to a certain number of cals every day. At least this way you keep your metabolism up and you'll keep seeing results.

omg i love your hair, ur so pretty im jealous. ive been on a diet for 16 days i drink bout a liter of water or tea in my water 0 Cal kind a day. healthy 1400 or less cal a day. im 190lbs trying to get 125. i still havent lost any weight though. i worked out every day for 30min so far besides past 2 days i did 1 hr with 20min break between. what am i doing wrong? i drink no soda for 5months. i had a baby 2yrs ago in november.
