There is such thing as "too good" of posture. You just look really uncomfortable.

I think posture is pretty good. It does look like it is forced but that's how adaptation is created. What may looked forced now will look very relaxed, smooth and effortless in a week or so. Remember that for rowers the erg is somewhere to really focus on technique and strengthening postural muscles. You do not want a relaxed "core" or mid section as that is the area of transfer of power from legs to the hands/handle-blade in water and therefore you do want a pole up the back.

arent you leaning too far back?

YO LOOK LIKE A ROBOT

THE MOVEMENT NEEDS TO BE MORE FLUID MEN YOU SUCK

its good but, ur leaning back too much. that used alot of energy to recover, so its wasted movement. i dunno, maybe thats how they do in england, kind of different from rowing in japan. nice muscle tho.

you look like your really trying to row well but it looks forced and energy consuming. Loosen up a bit and you will be more efficient

Too much energy wasted on posture. Maybe its good for picking up the girls, but its a waste of energy to have a pole up your butt. You continue to lean too far at the finish of the drive, particularly during increase transitions of power output. You do over reach, by a lot. And your knee bending timing is off during the recovery. The roboto comment is right on, and the comments about relaxing are as well. You will get a LOT more output/speed by relaxing/enjoying the erg.
