Video showing my house after collecting 10 baby dragons and 1 hatchling
my house has 30 bedrooms which are:
2 - Hidden rooms which allows me to afk (0.3m)
1 - Throne room (25m)
2 - Study Room (2 x 1.1m = 2.2m)
2 - Portal chamber (2 x 4.4m = 8.8m)
2 - Chapel Room (2 x 3m = 6m)
1 - Custome Room (1.3m)
1 - Workshop Room
2 - Formal Garden (2 x 2.6m = 5.2m)
1 - Menagerie Room (1.3m)
2 - Combat Room (2 x 0.3m = 0.6m)
1 - Quest Room
5 - Treasure Room (5 x 11m = 55m
1 - Oubliette (0.3m)
5 - Dunegeun Room (5 x 0.5m = 2.5m)
1 - Dungeun Stairs (2.9m)
1 - Dungeun Junction (0.4m)
Total: 111.8m
All price are esitmated not including planks/training cost.
best way to train is making mahogany tableswhich uses up 6 planks (Dinning Room) (thats how i trained between 52-99)

i saw you had natural pet house, can you upgrade it from mahogany to natural pet house in once, or do you need to make consecrated, then descreted then natural pet house?

ty, i did die on purpose to show what it does, u can attack anything in dungeun but not above.
