Guy in SilverSpring MD gets arrested

This video is mostly for those who live in the silverspring
but this is what happened we were on our way to get something to eat at chik falila or lilet or something like that but we looked at the menu and decide to eat somewhere else so we go outside and we see this cop tackle some guy down luckily we had our camera.....we still dont know what happened
