How to Make a Pink Tiki Drink!

1 oz. Grey Goose
.5 oz. Cointreau
Fresh Lemon
Pinch of Sugar
Dash Strawberry Puree
Splash of 7up

Fill shaker tin with ice then pour Grey Goose and Cointreau in it. Dash of strawberry puree, Squeez fresh lemon and add pinch of sugar and shake. Strain into sugar rim martini glass then fill with splash of 7up.




Tikis Grill & Bar, located across from Waikiki Beach launches a weekly club night called Pink Tiki on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 10pm. A unique pink ceramic tumbler will be featured on the daily menu to support the Queens Cancer Center on an ongoing basis. Tikis will also be giving the Queens Cancer Center, unlimited VIP cover passes to give out to donors, volunteers, and cancer survivors.
