David Gershon, founder and CEO of Empowerment Institute, is considered a leading authority on behavior change and large-scale community and organizational transformation. Over the past two decades, he has developed a highly effective and robust transformational technology considered by many to be the state-of-the-art.

My thoughts exactly. I was just going to write this but then saw your comment.

"...that Americans are a HUGE part of the problem. We are 8% of the total global climate impact..."

That means if 100% of Americans made ZERO emissions, there would still be 92% of the world contributing to "global impact". Doesn't sound like we are as huge a problem as he states. Not that we shouldn't try - but let's be realistic - if the 8% wants to impact the whole - we have to innovate a cheap alternative. That wont happen with "big oil's" choke hold on the global economy.

This video may be true. But it means ALL of us need to reduce our carbon output. NOT that some rich liberals can "buy off" their carbon footprint.

We ALL need to do it, or not do it.
