@Snow2point0 The old one was even creepier. They didn't have all the boiling scenes, or as much in the mines in the new one. Jensen Ackles was good tho

love this movie,one of my all time faves.just recently got the uncut version of this movie+its awesome!love the dryer scene+also the scene where sylvia gets impaled on shower head.80's horror at its best.

the older version rules, i don't like the remakes these so called Directors make. why screw up a classic? i was looking @ the new reissue of this dvd yesterday 3/7 and was tempted to buy (next time) and noticed that you can now watch all the deleated scenes as they were suppose to be in the film sequence(which to me seems great rather then clicking on to the bonus gallery.) i really wish Part 2 could have been made, since he(Axl) got away in the end. Long live Harry Warden!
