Why change who you are? Be who you are if the world doesn't accept you, then at least accept yourself. Instead promoting understanding people often try to "fix" and "reprogram" people instead of treat people as humans.

Seems some so-called scientists are anti-choice when it comes to people deciding their own destiny. My words to them: get the - - - - out of other people's lives & let them decide.

Do gays believe that straight people's can't become gay? If you can be straight and then "become gay" then you can be gay and become straight. All it takes to become gay is to loosen your morals and accept a less discriminating approach to the objects in the world you wish to mate with. So it is no surprise that becoming straight is more difficult because it is a process of improvement, like quitting smoking or not driving so fast or being more disciplined in your diet or work ethic.

As GoFig says below, "Truth is always individual and never universal." The law of gravity is only true for some, not all. Some human beings do not need oxygen to survive. It's all a matter of personal belief. In fact, I propose that we change "the laws of physics" to "the suggestions of physics" just to reflect this reality.

Anyone can convince them self of anything if they want to bad enough. Truth is always individual and never universal. You can change your sexuality the same as your hair color but the roots, wether visible or not are still there. My grandmother doesn't have gray hair but it doesn't mean her hair is not grey. Think about it.

At least the point was made that it's not scientifically right that people can not change. They can and do all the time if they want to.

No..but what we should always do is infer that the gay community is objective right...??

"There is a genetic component to homosexuality, but 'component' is just a loose way of indicating genetic associations and linkages. 'Linkage' and 'association' do not mean 'causation.' There is no evidence that shows that homosexuality is genetic--and none of the research itself claims there is. Only the press and certain researchers do, when speaking in sound bites to the public."
-Jeffrey Satinover, M.D
Nothing in this video ever says anyone has to do anything they do not choose to do. Your critique is fine but misdirected here.
