सत्ता कब्जाको रणनीतिको जुन हौवा खडा गरियो र यो कुरा निश्चितै हो कि जनयुद्धबाट शान्ति प्रक्रियामा प्रवेश गरेपछि शान्ति प्रक्रियाबाट निर्वाचनमा प्रवेश गर्ने क्रममा र निर्वाचन प्रक्रियाबाट जनादेशअनुसार सरकारको नेतृत्व सम्हाल्ने क्रममा पनि हाम्रोतर्फबाट कयौँ अनुभवका कमीका कारणले पनि कमजोरी भएका छन्। कयौँ यो ऐतिहासिक रुपान्तरणको प्रक्रियामा कमी कमजोरीहरु भएका छन्। र प्रत्येक कमी कमजोरीलाई मैले स्पष्ट रुपमा स्वीकार गर्दै पनि आएको छु। र सरकारको तर्फबाट त्यस प्रकारको कमीकमजोरी जहाँ जहाँ घट्छन् त्यस खालका गल्तीहरु देखापर्छन् त्यस खालका आवश्यक कारबाही गर्ने प्रक्रिया पनि अगाडि बढाउँदै आयौँ तर यो फर्मूला यो सूत्र कि माओवादीले यस बीचमा जेजति सुनिए एउटा त माओवादीले ट्रकका ट्रक हतियार माओवादीले क्यान्टोन्मेन्टमा भित्र्यायो भन्ने निकै प्रचार गरियो।

Obstructed for the past two weeks, the House is resuming on Friday.

The end to the House deadlock comes on the even of Prime Minister election with Unified CPN (Maoist) chairman and Caretaker Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal addressing the House.

Dahal is currently informing the House about the then Maoist decision during the Army Chief row.

The parliament will initiate the process for the Prime Minister election from today itself.

A meeting of the Parliamentary Business Advisory Committee Thursday decided to resume the House on Friday and hold the Prime Minister election on Saturday.
Shortly after the House resumes today, Maoist Chairman and Caretaker Prime Minister Dahal will address the House on President Dr Ram Baran Yadavs move and the resolution motion filed at the House against it by the party.

The Maoists will let the House resume today after the address, deputy leader of the Maoist parliamentary party Narayan Kaji Shrestha informed.

Earlier, the Maoists floated the condition that lawmakers should give positive response towards the resolution motion.

According to todays schedule, Speaker Subash Chandra Nemwang will read out the letters received from the Presidents election after the Prime Ministers address.

The Speaker will then announce the Prime Minister election and ask the Acting General Secretary to publish the electoral programmes. It has already been decided to publish the programme today itself.

The parliament could not resume on Thursday after the Maoists demanded that the House be opened with Prime Minister Dahal's address to finalise the entry of the resolution motion.




Meanwhile, a meeting of the Maoist Secretariat held at the Prime Ministers residence on Friday morning discussed the issues of Prime Minister Dahal address, member Krishna Bahadur Mahara informed.

It has been learnt that Dahal will elucidate on the Maoists nine-month leadership in the government and their role in upholding civilian supremacy during his address.

According to a source, Dahal will vacate the Prime Ministers official residence on Saturday.

Prime Minister Dahal had resigned on May 3 accusing President Yadav of establishing parallel rule in the country.

The Maoists have said that the decision whether to submit candidacy for the Prime Minister's election scheduled for Saturday will be taken following Dahal's address in the parliament today.

Also at the meeting, the Maoists discussed to nominate Maoist leader Jhakku Prasad Subedi who had won the Constituent Assembly election from Kathmandu constituency -1 beating Nepali Congress UML alliance nominee for the Prime Minister, Madhav Kumar Nepal.

However, concrete decision on the nomination was not taken at the meeting.
