No gloves, use of non-sterile cotton to dry the antiseptic, and a tourniquet put on incorrectly. This needs revising.

@angelicapauline tanga kaba alangan naman kunti ilagay mu na tape lalo na pag malikot ang bata. i secure mu talaga yan. compared sa risk na ma dislodge i problema nanaman.

How do you check for infection at the insertion point ?
Is the second cotton ball sterile ?
And as someone already asked..... where are the gloves ?
