Meredith and Derek Always Seem to Collide

Collide- Howie Day.

So this just shows the story of Meredith and Derek up to where they left us at the end of Season 4. I know it doesn't have all main clips... but I mean, come on! 4 mins is not a lot to work with!
And I tried to keep Addison as 'out' as possible... but she's kind of really important to their story... so she's in there... And Rose is completely out. Ewww! Rose.
