Maybe not the hardest, but i sure as hell could not ever do this and im pretty sure millions and millions of people could not do this either. I will say that gymnastics (Artistic and Rythmic) are surely one of the hardest sports to participate in, and its not a sport that everyone can try. It takes someone special to be a gymnast.

no i played alot of sports hockey, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, rugby, even boxing. the rings are the most impossible thing i've ever tried. the rings is the hardest thing in all sports but i'm not saying gymnastics in it's entirety is the hardest just that stage

haha dude yes it is. they start from the age of 12 and it's nothing but working out and stretching that is all they do. and trust me the hardest thing in the world in terms of sports or degree of difficutly is the RINGS in male gymnastics
