Betty & Scarlett reunited!

Scarlett, a seven-year-old African gray parrot hatched and raised in captivity, got outside and flew away from the home of our neighbors, Betty and Roger. Just a little less than 24 hours later Scarlett showed up in one of my trees. Six hours and six of her flights later (one to avoid the attack of a red tailed hawk) and she finally returned to earth & into her waiting mother's arms.
