A great circuit for mass for beginners as well as fat loss. Its a full body, body weight workout.

*Do each exercise one after another with full range, proper form.
* At the end of each round wait 30 to 60 seconds before doing another round.
*Do 1 to 3 times at most
*Do 2 to 3 days per week with a rest day in between each workout day.
*Make sure to warm up and cool down stretch as well

  • @ducky102 Depends on how many times you plan to do it a day, Starting out if your only going to do it once, go to failure, If you plan on doing it a couple times a day pace yourself, But you should be at failure at the end of every workout, Not every set, But the end of the workout. You shouldn't be able to do another push up when your done... Make sense?

  • you do the push ups rong

  • I was told not to look down, when doing push ups.......but keep your head up & look out.

  • Cool workout, clear explanation.

I have just one question, how many reps per exercise would you advice.

  • Good full body workout for beginners
