  • rub organic cocnut oil in your hair, and to the scalp!

  • Don't increase meat consumption. exess protein results in acidosis which is the main cause of most disease. You can get pleanty of protein on a vegan diet.

  • what does she says between 3:05 and 3:10 ?

  • Very good information thanks!

  • @Juanda8820 It's an inside job. I got rid of my eczema when I got refined processed white flour out of my diet. Man, that stuff really messed me up! Was losing hair too. Go toward whole foods like brown rice flour bread or millet bread. Also, omega 3s like in ground flax seeds does wonders and good old fashion butter has it too. I keep my diet natural and unprocessed my my skin problems all stopped. Fever blisters and allergies stopped too! So did boils, cysts, eczema and psorisis. Amazing!

  • @TheGraceofChrist In Japan they don't have a word for menopause due to the phytoestrogens in soy. However, itis NOT genetically modified soy. They eat very small amounts. Not like Americans who eat a tofu sandwhich washed down with a glass of soy milk. They might eat lets say a table spoon in miso soup a few times a week. We grow more soy than anyone in the world and China stopped buying from US because of genetic modification. Fermented soy is a must, otherwise hard to digest. USA over does soy
