It's fishy that the camera always shows Grant's left side the three times it happens. His right hand is conveniently placed too. I want to think these guys are honest, but everything seemed too convenient. And who was the guy who came into the kitchen? Why do they even count knocks and footsteps with random people unaccounted for?

They discuss it during the show. The guy in the kitchen was one of the crew guys.

Do you see their shows? Of all the ghost hunting, this guys are more believable because of how they approach the whole show. They are not there for ratings. They are actual plumbers. Like said before, they too show the times when they are going to play a prank on someone. I don't think this is a prank. Otherwise, they are going to have a bunch of pissed off people that will tune out.

If this WERE rigged it would be a very foolish stunt and a detrimental career move. They have one of THE most viewed shows on cable. Why would they want to risk ruining everything for themselves for two minutes of TV?

Having said that, I wouldn't put it past the SciFi Channel to pull something on TAPS. They've already turned this live show into a giant commercial for themselves....

I love this show and HAD the utmost of respect for them. When I caught the jacket pull live last night, I was stunned (only saw the 3rd thermal one). I went back a little bit ago and noticed you can actually see all 3 "tugs" even on the live, non thermal camera. I am very sad to say this, and I have backed these guys from day 1, but this was faked. There is nothing natural about his right arm during this whole segment. His right hand is either in his pocket or at his side the whole time. Fake.

You need to remember that this guys have been doing this for a while. So other the reaction that Grant has, I think that this guys want to maintain the same scenario to get a consistence result. I think that Grant is a left hand person, and he holds everything (does everything) with his left hand. If they play a prank, they would normally say it. I think that this spirit for what ever reason was targeting Grant.

I think they caved to fame. In the beginning of this series there were weeks where they would tell the property owner that they found nothing.

Now, especially for a live show like this Halloween special, they feel they have to produce something spectacular.

Its as shame and I have stopped watching the show all together.

Wow, alot of ignorance of the 'net these days - not really surprising. There are a bunch of videos on youtube dedicated to showing how these guys are total frauds. Just because people state the obvious (that Ghosthunters is a FAKE "reality" show) isn't a slur on anyone's personal belief in an afterlife. Don't be so offended when these guys are called out for what they are: a bunch of fucking hacks. The more people are aware of frauds, the less likely they themselves will be hustled. ie: psychics

1st- I don't mean a sound rude, i'm just stating...

Not everything big happens to Jason and Grant. Dustin was pushed down(very hard, and caught on tape) by a spirit in the Ireland castel. Then while doing a recap but an investigator was telling the camera what had just happened and then a locked door opens and slams then something does by the door and there wasnt anyone outside and a towel was over the door. Again, sorry if i sound rude. Hope to see more pranks, they are a funny bunch of people

You know that's true! If I had had my hand in my pocket, and someone or something had tugged at my jacket, my natural reaction would be to lift both my hands. But Grants right hand never leaves his side. So you just wonder if was doing the pulling himself! Hmmmmmmm
