These assisted stretches should be performed after warming up the low back & legs via the Thai massage leg sequence in Supine position or after the leg/back sequence in Prone position. These are advanced stretches & it's best to prep the person's body before performing these stretches. Some people are not flexible enough for these stretches, so practice slowly & with caution, checking in with the client. This video starts with Double Knee to Chest stretch, which is an amazing & simple stretch to alleviate lumbosacral pain. Then Assisted Plow Pose with massage. Then Assisted Happy Baby, a lovely & advanced hip opener. Be cautious with hyermobile clients that you don't over stretch them & aggravate the lumbosacral area. Then Pull-Up to Seated with an Assisted Forward Fold. These stretches would be towards the end of a Thai Yoga Massage--similar to Yoga sequencing--see these poses as what you're working towards throughout the massage.
