Xtreme Pony Express Open Rodeo

GUTHRIE, OKLAHOMA Kuntry Etiquette Entertainment presents the Largest Pony Express competition in the Nation; at one of the Nations Largest Arena. The Xtreme Pony Express Open Rodeo, being held Saturday, March 22nd, 2008; in Guthrie, Oklahoma at the Historic LAZY E Arena. The Xtreme Pony Express Open Rodeo is a one day annual event and will begin with a Pre-Rodeo Tailgate cookout. The Rodeo will begin with, Ladies Barrel Racing, Steer Wrestling, Jr. Barrel Racing, The National favorite Bull Riding, Kids Mutton Busting and more. The Main Attraction The Pony Express Relay; The X-Games of Rodeo!

The XTREME PONY EXPRESS competition is an 8 man/woman team relay race on horseback; competing with another team around 5 barrels placed in the arena. The objective is to race around the outside of the barrels passing the baton to the next rider in line. The last rider must successfully place the baton in the final barrel; placed in the center of the arena. The Pony Express event began in Okmulgee, Oklahoma in 1992 by the Outlaws. A Tulsa Team was created; to give the Outlaws a run for their money. Through these two teams Pony Express received a large following in the Oklahoma area. This is one truly Xtreme Event; and only one of the many exciting events featured at the XTREME PONY EXPRESS OPEN RODEO.

Kuntry Etiquette Entertainment has their own version of a new legend, Mr. Danell Tipton. A Professional Bull Rider from Spencer, Oklahoma, Mr. Tipton joined the International Professional Rodeo Association in 1992. He won the International Professional Rodeo World Title in 1995 and 1997. Mr. Tiptons vast knowledge of the Professional Rodeo Circuit and his unmatchable contributions to Xtreme Pony Express Open Rodeo last year affords him the luxury of Rodeo Event Coordinator for The 2nd Annual Xtreme Pony Express Open Rodeo. Mr. Tiptons strong fan base keeps him bull riding and steer wrestling with the best of them.
