I was amazed that even a catholic church (reformed catholic that is) came out in support of gay equality.

Emanuel of Nazereth: A jewish carpenter, said to have lived around 0 AD in the middle east. Basically a hippy, hung out with prostitutes and the lower class. Never said anything about homosexuality or abortion, but did talk about the rich not going to heaven and said their are good people "not in our group" like the "good sumeritan"

@jehovahuponyou u don't know who Emanuel of Nazareth is? I hate to pull a "no true Scotsman", but what is the color of your kilt?

Churches like the one in this video interpret the verses in Leviticus, Romans and so on in their cultural and historical context and view the bible as supporting the relationships of two consenting adults, so rather than preaching hate, which leads kids to self-harm and suicide, they preach love and acceptance. Something I wish I had growing up Presbyterian.

I honestly don't care what you believe or what this pastor believes, but what separates you and him is that he is encouraging parents to love and support their children which will help them to stay away from drugs, self-harm, self-hatered, to NOT be bullies and to love and accept their felllow humans. @jehovahuponyou actually as he noted in this and a later video also in my "advice to parents" series he is a reformed cathlic. A church that has been around for over 10 years, they use the prayers, follow saints and basically seprate from Rome on some enterpretations of the religion. Such as clergy should be able to get married to a monogomous human partner of their choosing. And this was filmed in Toledo, OH
