This boss can be ridiculously hard if you don't max Hatsworth's melee power. Weaselby goes down pretty quick in acouple air juggles otherwise.

Yeah. This guy was pretty hard for me until I found out you can just air juggle him.

After that, he almost got as easy as Banson.

To make the player go "What the hell" before the real world 5 boss shows up.

That and fighting the exact same Weasleby twice, would be rather boring and uninteresting.

Argh. My Ds's L button is screwed. Which meant that the 1st 2 worlds of the game were minimal runs. Trust me, that was NOT pleasant. Then, I borrowed my friend's Ds and used his. But then! This boss! The core!... Someone should make a megaman hack of all the weasleby fights, then make a "weaselby Capsule" for the core... EPIC.

I personally would've like to have to go through the FULL Weaselby fight of world 4 before the final boss. It would've made it so much harder.
