02 VE SSV First start up KPM 3 inch Pt2

Ceramic coated 1 7/8" Pacemakers, 100 cpsi Ballistic cats and full stainless steel 3" KPM system inc X-merge. This was the very first start after it was all fitted and as with my previous KPM system on my SSV sedan it has that very distinctive, awesome sounding deep throb when idling, which is why I just had to get another KPM 3" system!! Being a brand new system the first few revs blow residues out, hence the smoke.

It will no doubt get louder and deeper as it carbons up.

Dont see many white SSV s around so think your one looks rather unquie, nice ute

any loss in torque from the big extractors mate? nice sound only wish KPM had a twin 3'' system for the VT-VZ

Hardly any as far as I can tell. Has close to the same torque already as my SSV sedan had with 1 3/4" Pacies and similar mods but the ute had only done 1,800km then, so a lot of loosening up to do still.

hey mate this sounds pretty quiet at idle i was looking at the kpm 2.5 but if the 3 inch sounds tame at idle and or light throttle i might go the larger 3 '' i was worried it would enoy my neighbours when i started it
