Hit three enemies with fish in the market
This can only be done during Chapter 10 - Historical Research.
You will get into a brawl with the black suited guys who have been hunting you in previous chapters. You can find a fish on a table, in the middle of the market. You need to stand right next to it and press the Square Button when an enemy is coming by. Since there is only one fish you'll need to wait until you're getting killed. The checkpoint will reload, but the progress will still count.

I just got two guys with two fish. i was curious at first what the trophy was for and were to get it, now i know.

You don't have to die to get it...theres like 5 fishes there in the stand and you can hit like 5 people with them
