  • When I weighed 120 lbs at 5'5, I still had a lot of cellulite. I ran everyday for a mile too. I never drank coffee either.

    This video isn't necessarily true.

  • Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • I don't think that coffee has something to do with having cellulites or not. If you have cellites or not is partly define by the genes and how you live. The best chance to lose them or don't even get them is eating healthy and make a lot of sports. There's no magical cream or food which can help. That's just a illusion of a lot of womens that think that there is a easy way.

  • but I am glad to hear that it helped in your case, Rachel : ) and I hope you understand that I am not saying what you say is wrong, I just think it doesn't apply to all people, just a part

  • 2) there are many make-beliefs about coffee which are not true. every person is different. Plus, if you are prone to swollen legs and your body tends to hoard water in your skin, it actually isn't good to drink too much. I think everyone should try out what's best for them and their body in general, since we're all different.

  • 1) there are many caffeine suppliments and creams to get rid of cellulite because caffeine is actually good. the mistake people make in the US and other countries is that they don't drink 1-2 cups of water for every cup of coffee they take. it's very normal to get a big glass of water (for free) aside of your espresso in Italy, France etc.

  • I'll try not to drinking coffee this month to see if it helps...
