I tried their software and was disappointed. Very buggy. Even when agents don't crash, they don't necessarily return the expected results. What you see in your preview doesn't exactly match the performance on their servers. And they want you to update it almost daily. Service is meh.

I was kind of afraid to use Mozenda because it looked complicated but I'm really loving it! It's actually really simple. Right now I'm in school and using it for research and extracting data but I'm intrigued by all of the possibilities.

I'm trying it right now. I was having a bit of trouble using on my work computer - probably due to all the firewalls and such, but I called the company, and got a gentleman by the name of Chris, he was helpful - busy at the time, but offered to set up a lesson with me to go over the software, and teach me how to use it. It was very helpful. I believe its going to be an indispesible tool in my business.
