PEOPLE - This dog is having a partial seizure. It is a CLASSIC presentation. The dog's leg is moving involuntarily so the dog doesn't recognise it as his own foot because he isn't moving it consciously. The definition of a simple partial seizure is 'when one part of the body exhibits seizure activity'. He's NOT crazy and he is NOT trying to scratch himself, and he's NOT necessarily starved of attention or neglected. Hopefully they took him to a vet :S
